Mental health like Oral health requires the attention of Mental health care providers who may be Clinical social workers , Psychologists or therapists , Counselors , Pastoral care or spiritual care workers , Psychiatrists and the general population .
The Substance abuse and mental health services administration or SAMSHA in the USA under the department of Health and Human Services or HHS is doing a great job in providing awareness, training and other resources to address Mental health and the addiction and or Substance abuse component .

Spiritual Recovery movements like the Rescue missions are using the principles in Rescue , Healing and Restoration in their faith based approach and work .
Dual diagnosis happens in certain cases where an underlying mental health problem have contributed to the development and existence of SUDS and or addictions .
It is okay not to be okay as many say and mental health and addictions can be treated and recovery happens .
Stigma is one of the drivers that makes people suffer more than is expected of them because of shame to tell of the problem they are having with drugs and or process or behavioral addiction .
