SWE22 Keynote advices Women Engineers to use their brain to become better innovators

The Society for Women  engineers began the second day of events with the Friday morning Keynote presented by Nancy Post, , vice president for embedded Software and solutions , intelligent Solutions Group  [ISG] at John Deere .

The Society for Women engineers began the second day of events with the Friday morning Keynote presented by Nancy Post, , vice president for embedded Software and solutions , intelligent Solutions Group [ISG] at John Deere .
In her keynote tittled : To be a better innovator , Start with your brain" she told a full general assembly hall of women engineers to use their brains to innovate , supporting her stances with data and science of the brain .
She talked about emotional intelligence , how to relate with people in the team and how the brain is the bases for most of the reactions and decisions and or choices people make .
She used experiences in her own life in advising her fellow engineers to use their brain power in creating new habits , better outcomes and satisfaction with their work .
The keynote speaker was introduced by the SWE president , Dayna Johnson after female leaders of sponsoring companies including GE, Boeing and others had spoken .
Later in the day , Alysia N . Green will moderate a panel tittled :Engineering a lower carbon Future " from 3:00-4:45pm that will include Eimer Bonner and Anne LillyWhite .
