New york Broklyn Subway shooting person of interest named Frank Roberts James was arrested .

American by names of Frank Robert James has been arrested by New York police for the shootings in a train or subway that left many injured.
Investigations as to hos identity ' occupation and operations within the USA in the past many years. are now given to the public .
The national communicators and security officers say crime stoppers got an anonymous caller tip that made him arrested .
He has been booked into a New York police holding facility while the investigations continue .
They still donot have camera videos of him shooting the people but have used circumstantial evidences like the Uhaul van rented in his name and use of bank cards in his name to ride the trains which they believed he used to run away .
The police and residents are now blaming the mayor and governor because the public cameras at the scene of the crime were not functioning to get evidence of he committing the crime .
At this point he remains a person of interest and suspect 'with his miranda rights read out to him and the provision of a public defender if he cannot afford counsel.
..The city councilors are riding the train to assure New York residents that the subway is safe with the arrest of Mr Robert's.
His mental state and Psychological assessments will also help authorities decide how to indict him going forward.
