Global health news briefs: Houstonians walk to End Hiv/Aids.

Huge crowds of Houston residents and guests. Participated in the 2022  walk to end Hiv/Aids  in Houston on Sunday  3/6/2022.
  The event which is hosted  to raise funds  for the work  to control Hiv/Aids  in Houston  and Harris county ' benefitted  some local  community non profits including the Hartis health  foundation ' Harm reduction Houston ', Change happens. , Outlet project , Baylor  college  teen health clinic , Truth project , St Peter's united  church , Lazarus House , Avenue 360 Health and Wellness. 
  Houston mayor lauded  the contributions  of the Aids foundation Houston which he called one of the first in the region to address the global health pandemic .
  The mayor presented  a proclamation  to the organizers  and joined the marshal of the day in cutting the ribbon and leading the walk with many following .
