Coach leader , Lovie Smith introduced as new head coach of Houston Texans .

In the presence of the Texans owners , the Mc Nair family , Texans manager Nick Caserio introduced former Bears and Buccanears coach Lovie Smith as the new and 4th head coach of the Texans at the NRG third floor building .
The chief executive officer Cal Mcnair spoke briefly congratulating the manger Nick Caserio for a very thorough and inclusive selection process .
Cal appreciated the pick Lovie who he said he had a relationship with and turned it over to Manger Nick who thanked the McNair family , and introduced Lovie Smith as the new coach of the team .
Lovie Smith talked about his loving family and wife Miriam and his history up to this day .
He talked about the elements that will lead to success going forward that include , winning , old school formular good defense and offense to score .
Team work , cooperation , vision , and fans encouragement will lead to successes .
