The city of Houston and their manipulative councilors or agents are trying to put the gross failures blame by the city to manage Covid19 on a private business called Lopez Negrete communication .
The city has communication departments , so why contract Lopez for work you say he does very poorly?.
Only fools award contracts then say they will hold a meeting about the contract package.
With each passing day, the leadership of the city of Houston is exposing it,s incompetence and conflicts of interests which councilors who are already campaigning for mayor are exploiting.
What they are trying to put Lopez Negrete communication into is shameful. After you award a contract, you don't micromanage it with useless committee meetings.
