Biden-Puttin summit: Both countries commit to return ambassadors .

Russian president Putin accuses the USA for harboring global hackers, while denying that his country citizens are involved in hacking, in his summit talks with USA president Biden.
Biden angered Puttin and Russia ,when he called the Russian president a killer, a move which made Russia to withdraw it,s ambassador from Washington DC USA and sending away the USA ambassador from Russia to go consult with Washington DC.
Putin described the summit as amicable ,with both presidents committing to returning their ambassadors.
