First USA Presidential debate: Exercise in interruptions and insults, not substance.

Political historians will never forget the first presidential debate, and one many pundits believe should be the last, that took place in Cleveland, Ohio on the night of 29th of September 2020.
A debate that was characterized by interruptions by both candidates but more so by incumbent president Trump as the moderator said.
The candidates intended to turn it into political attacks and that they did. Biden called president Trump racist, clown and at one point said "shut up man ", while Trump attacked the Biden family son for a history of addiction and unsubstantiated corruption consultancy work with Ukraine.
Though Trump emphasized some work done while in office Biden kept saying he had no plans to address the myriad of problems facing America, an accusation Trump could not dispute with facts.
Biden said the Obama-Biden administration left a great economy in the hands of President Trump after they successfully bailed America out of a great recession only for Trump to blow it up.
The CBS News poll done immediately after the debate showed that 69% of Americans who watched it were annoyed, while 48 percent said Biden won to Trump, s 41 percent.
The debate may go down in history as one of the worst ever many say.
