Activating , Unifying and Honoring 9/11 and vets heroes in 2018 run

The 9/11 2018 heroes run 2018 in Houston took place on the 9/8/2018 at the grounds of the Houston city hall .
The Travis Manion foundation is in the center of the runs which take place in more than 35 cities around the national USA .
Travis Manion before his death while in service of his nation was motivated by this statement of his " if not me , then who ".
In honoring his life of service , those who died in September 11, 2001 New York twin towers terrorists attacks and other veterans , the foundation initiated the 9/11 heroes run which is now national events .
They say they run to honor those who have served their nation . They run to activate and unite the communities and empower local veterans , active duty , first responders and families of the fallen .
The race proceeds are used to directly support the Travis Manion foundation ,s mission to empower USA Veterans and families of the fallen heroes to develop character in future generations in order to strengthen communities .
In certain circumstances and certain cities , portion of the race proceeds are given back to a local non profit partner whose mission is also to empower the USA heroes .
